Commercial Use Policy

This page states DramaToon’s product policy on watermarks and commercial use of outputs. It aligns with our Terms of Service and the commercialization plan (Credits = metering; subscriptions = monthly Credits + entitlements).
Product calc (Rhythm 1): policy is locked here. Full watermark enforcement in the export pipeline may land in Rhythm 2.
1. Definitions
- Output: images, videos, scripts, or other assets generated through DramaToon for your account.
- Commercial use: monetization or business use, including TikTok / YouTube / Reels ads revenue, brand deals, selling the work, or using it in paid campaigns.
- Personal / non-commercial: personal portfolio, private sharing, or unpaid social posts without monetization.
2. Rights by plan

3. Credit packs
Purchased Credit packs top up metering. They do not by themselves grant commercial / watermark-free rights unless your account also has an eligible active subscription (or a future pack SKU that explicitly includes those entitlements at checkout).
4. Platform lock — we don’t do this
We do not require that you only publish on a DramaToon app or reader. Eligible commercial Outputs may be exported and posted on third-party platforms you choose, subject to those platforms’ rules and applicable law.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must have rights to prompts, uploads, and references you use;
- You remain responsible for content compliance on destination platforms;
- Disclose AI-generated media where required by law or platform policy.
6. Changes
Plan entitlements may evolve. We will update this page when watermark or commercial rules change materially.
