Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of DramaToon websites, apps, and related services (the "Service") operated by DramaToon ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DramaToon is an AI-assisted tool for creating anime-style short drama / vertical video content (script → characters → storyboard → video). Features, models, and limits may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with Google, Apple, or email verification. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

3. Credits & subscriptions

Credits are the unit of measure for generation usage (images, video seconds, and related AI jobs). Subscriptions (e.g. Creator / Pro) grant monthly Credits and plan entitlements such as watermark and commercial-use rights. Purchases are processed via Stripe in USD where available.

• Unused purchased Credits generally remain on your account until used or as stated at checkout.
• Subscription Credits and entitlements renew or expire per your plan.
• Failed generations that we classify as system failures are eligible for Credit refunds per our Help policy.
• Prices and Credit costs may be updated; material changes will be reflected in-product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate law, or create illegal, exploitative, or severely harmful content;
• Infringe others' IP, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or circumvent billing;
• Misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required by platform or law.

5. Your content & outputs

You retain rights in prompts and materials you upload, subject to these Terms and third-party model licenses. Subject to your plan's commercial-use rules (see Commercial Use), you may use outputs you create with the Service. We may use anonymized / aggregated usage data to operate and improve DramaToon.

6. Watermark & branding

Free-tier outputs may include a DramaToon watermark and are limited to personal, non-commercial use unless you upgrade. Paid plans remove the watermark per the Commercial Use policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific model quality, or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaToon’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellation is managed via the Stripe Customer Portal where available.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in-product or by email when appropriate.
