Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DramaToon ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you use our Service. It is written for our overseas English product surface.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, Google / Apple account identifiers (subject / profile fields you authorize), display name, avatar URL.
  • Usage data: projects, generation jobs, model choices, Credit transactions, device / browser basics, approximate IP for security and abuse prevention.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, customer / subscription IDs, and limited billing metadata — not your full card number.
  • Support: messages you send us for help or feedback.

2. How we use data

  • Provide authentication, projects, generation, and Credits billing;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Improve models routing, reliability, and product experience;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

Depending on the context: contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the Service, including:

  • Cloud hosting, storage, and CDN providers;
  • AI / media generation vendors used to fulfill your jobs;
  • Stripe for payments;
  • Email delivery for OTP and transactional mail;
  • Analytics / error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) when enabled.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs) with vendors.

6. Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to lawful retention needs.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be notified in-product or by email.
